Marketing Support Program for Dirham Real Estate Brokers 

1. Meta Ads Account Setup (If Needed)

• If the broker does not have a Meta Ads account, we can set it up on their behalf.

• This service will be provided with a 50% discounted setup fee for Dirham brokers.

• If the broker already has a Meta Ads account, no setup cost applies, and we proceed directly to advertising.

Note: The Meta Ads account will always remain under the broker’s ownership.

2. Meta Ads Management (Supported by Dirham)

• We will professionally manage one Meta advertising campaign (Instagram & Facebook).

• The ads management fee for this campaign is fully paid by Dirham Real Estate as support to the broker.

• Management includes:

  • Campaign setup

  • Audience targeting

  • Budget configuration

  • Monitoring and optimization

  • Performance reporting

This allows brokers to focus on sales while we handle the technical advertising work.

3. Campaign Advertising Budget (Paid by the Broker)

• The actual advertising spend (campaign budget) is paid by the broker.

• The budget depends on:

  • The project or unit being promoted

  • Campaign duration

  • Target audience size

• The budget is paid directly to Meta and is separate from management fees.

We can advise brokers on recommended budgets, but the final decision remains theirs.

Content Responsibility (Important)

• All advertising materials must be provided by the broker.

• This includes:

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Property details

  • Any approved marketing creatives

We do not create posts, videos, or designs as part of this service.

Our role is media buying, campaign management, and optimization only.
